How to send SAP Workflow mail with logo or image

Enter transaction SMW0.

Select “Binary data for WebRFC applications” and press F8.

 

Press F8 on the following screen without filing any parameter.

 

Click on “Create” button.

 

Fill “obj. name” and “description”. Press ”Import” button.

Select your image or logo.

Now open your workflow’s user decision step.

Go to tab ‘Work item display’

 

Click on ‘Demo function modules’.

Select type of layout.

Copy the function name you have selected.

Go transaction se37 and copy function to another custom function.

 

Edit function like this:

 

Enter created function name.

 

Now your inbox be like:

 

How to insert internal table values into SAP Workflow Mail Body

Go transaction SWDD.

 

If you want to create a basic workflow, click on link.

Create a container element named ‘I_TABLE’.

 

Open properties tab and select  Import, Export(not necessary) and Multiline parameters

 

If you want to add specific values, open Initial Values tab, enter values.

 

Copy your mail task number.

 

Go transaction PFTC

Paste your task number and remove ‘TS’.

 

Click on ‘Change’ button.

Open Container Tab and Click button Create.

Fill required fields like below

 

Save changes and return to your workflow.

Under the body part of screen, click on Insert Expression button

 

Select I_TABLE on the following screen

 

Go transaction SBWP to look at your INBOX.
